Our ability and capacity to deliver services effectively

With our contacts at grass roots level and with a good experience of working in partnership with a
range of groups which has placed us in a unique position in terms of accessing the views of hard to
reach people. Our board of directors is made up from different sections of the community bringing
special expertise and knowledge to the organisation.

We have the experience and expertise in facilitating capacity-building workshops, organising public
meetings, smaller focus groups, ensuring good distribution of information, designing questionnaires,
carrying out research and skills audits and identifying any barriers to the BME communities in linking
and influencing the public services.

We also specialise in engagin young people in activities, focus groups, enabling young
people to have their voices heard and to influence future policy making.
