Health is Wealth
These free four week courses are for you to manage your health and improve the quality of life.
It will enable you to take more control of your health on a daily basis, gain knowledge and skills. The training and ongoing support will be provided by trained tutors and volunteer peer mentors.
Punjabi Food Traditions
We are looking for people mainly from Punjabi background to share their cultural cooking traditions with us.
The project records personal histories of Punjabi women to understand how they used cultural cooking traditions to shape their community in Wolverhampton.
Employment Programme
We will assist you to equip and build your employability and educational skills to go forward and to get closer to the job market and eventually into employment.
Through our employment programme we offer free educational workshops and employment training sessions.
